Design Reform has been involved in developing the way-showing concepts for Lahti University of Applied Sciences with H&M Architects.

We organized a student summer workshop, in which we further developed the way-showing concept to be more user friendly. In the workshop we used service design methods based on different user profiles. Prototypes and maps were used to facilitate the solving of orientation problems.

The atmosphere of the workshop was enthusiastic leading the way for good ideas. These ideas will be implemented in the final plans.
